Hood Park will include publicly-accessible open spaces highlighted by Hood Green, a one-acre lawn and focal point of the development. Hood Green’s expansive open space will allow for the programming of events such as concerts, farmers markets, art exhibits, festivals and exercise classes. Coffee shops, restaurants and retail storefronts will be oriented toward this new open space, establishing Hood Green as a central gathering place and solidifying Hood Park’s status as an activated mixed-use destination.
